摘要
目的研究护理人员层级管理对于临床护理管理人员的应用效果。方法在该院2018年3月—2019年2月期间抽取42名护理人员作为研究对象,根据管理模式不同将其分为两组,管理组护理人员接受层级管理模式,参照组护理人员接受常规管理模式,比较两组护理人员工作质量。结果管理组护理人员接受管理后护理实践能力与理论知识考核分数上升幅度均高于参照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组护理人员护理质量评分高于参照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组护理人员对于管理制度的满意度高于参照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级管理模式应用于临床护理管理工作中能够有效提升护理工作质量,值得在临床护理管理工作中进行推广。
Objective To study the application effect of nursing staff level management to clinical nursing management personnel.Methods 42 nursing staff were selected as subjects in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into two groups according to different management modes.The nursing staff of the management group accepted the hierarchical management mode,and the reference group nursing staff accepted the routine management mode,comparing the quality of work of two groups of nursing staff.Results The management group's post-administration nursing practice ability and theoretical knowledge assessment scores were higher than the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the nursing staff in the management group was higher than the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the management group in the management system was higher than that in the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management mode can effectively improve the quality of nursing work in clinical nursing management,and it is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing management.
