摘要
老城的绿色有机更新是国内外城市研究的重点,也是目前我国不少城市面临的挑战。文章运用文献研究法,以美国最大的城市绿色更新项目“亚特兰大Beltline城市重建计划”为对象,通过梳理大量相关规划和文献,总结了亚特兰大城市发展中的历史问题,概括了Beltline项目提出的历史背景和发展历程,并系统地阐释了亚特兰大城市绿色更新中公共交通系统、绿地系统、基础设施、生态修复、遗产保护和公共艺术6个主要方面的内容和策略,以期为我国的城市发展提供参考和借鉴。
The green organic renewal of old cities is the key filed of the urban research at home and abroad,and it has also been a challenge that many cities in China are facing now.Focused on Atlanta Beltline Urban Renewal Plan,the largest urban green renewal project in the United States,this paper adopts the method of literature research to review a large number of relevant planning and literature,concludes the problems arising in the development of Atlanta City,and summarizes the historical background and development process of the Beltline project.Then it systematically explains the contents and strategies in terms of public transportation system,green space system,infrastructure,ecological restoration,heritage protection and public art in the green renewal of Atlanta,with the aim to provide references for urban development in China.
