摘要
黔西南州作为全国薏苡的核心主产区,将薏苡产业逐步发展成为特色优势产业和县域经济重要的支柱产业,增强竞争力,构建产业集群是有效途径之一,使企业可以赢得更及时、更集中更方便、更低廉的生产要素供给,减少获得专业信息的成本。但在实现产业集群建设目标的过程中,并不是一帆风顺的,仍面临诸多困境,走符合地方发展的特色之路,需要政府、企业、农户之间实现有机联动,加速配套产业的发展从而完善集聚区的配套服务体系。
Qianxinan as the core of the national job’s-tears producing,will be gradually developed into a special advantage industries and job’s-tears industry important pillar industry of the county economy,enhance competitiveness,to build industry cluster is one of the effective ways to make the enterprise can win more timely,more concentrated more convenient,more cheap supply of factors of production,reduce the cost of professional information.However,in the process of realizing the goal of industrial cluster construction,it is not plain sailing,and there are still many difficulties.To take the road that conforms to the characteristics of local development requires the organic linkage among the government,enterprises and farmers to accelerate the development of supporting industries so as to improve the supporting service system in the cluster.
