摘要
目的探讨云南白药联合热敷治疗脑出血患者静脉炎的效果。方法选择2017年2月至2018年2月神经内科治疗的脑出血治疗后并发静脉炎患者160例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组80例。对照组采用硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察组采用云南白药联合热敷治疗,比较2组患者的静脉炎疗效、症状缓解情况和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组静脉炎治疗总有效率为91.25%明显高于对照组的70.00%,观察组2~4级的治疗总有效率也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组红肿/硬块消退时间、疼痛持续时间、静脉弹性恢复时间、显效时间、治愈时间与对照组相比明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),2组均无过敏反应发生;观察组患者满意率为97.50%明显高于对照组的76.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云南白药联合热敷治疗脑出血患者静脉炎的临床效果显著,能有效缩短症状消退时间,降低疼痛感,提升静脉炎治疗效果,且无明显不良反应发生,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects Yunnan Baiyao combined with hot compress on phlebitis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 160 patients with phlebitis after cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=80) and observation group(n=80).The patients in control group were treated by magnesium sulfate wet compress,however,the patients in observation group were treated by Yunnan Baiyao combined with hot compress.The therapeutic effects, symptomatic relief status and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in observation group was 91.25%,which was significantly higher than that(70.00%) in control group,moreover,the effective rate at 2~4 levels was is significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The redness/lump regression time,pain duration,intravenous elastic recovery time, excellence time,cure time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P< 0.05). After treatment,VAS pain scoresin observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and no allergic reactions were found in both groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction rate of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao combined with hot compress can obtain obvious therapeutic effects on phlebitis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which can effectively shorten the symptomatic relief time and reduce pain degree,improve curative effects,without obvious adverse reactions,which has positive clinical significance.
