摘要
通过分析湖南省战略性新兴产业发展对人才的需求、湖南省高职院校专业布局对接战略性新兴产业人才需求的现状,发现二者存在较为严重的错位问题,主要原因是湖南省高职院校专业布局存在专业开设能力有限、管理者思维缺乏前瞻性、缺乏专业调整的数据信息等。建议设立产教融合型企业,推进校企深度合作,对接产业需求,建立专业动态调整机制,加大对战略性新兴产业对接专业的扶持力度,强化政府引导与调控,形成专业设置审核体系,促进湖南省高职院校专业布局与战略性新兴产业人才需求耦合发展。
Through the analysis of the demand for talents in the development of strategic emerging industries in Hunan province and the current situation and problems of the demand for talents in strategic emerging industries in the connection of the professional layout of Hunan higher vocational colleges,it is found that there are serious dislocations between the two sides.The main reasons are that the professional layout of Hunan higher vocational colleges is limited in professional opening ability,lack of forward-looking thinking of managers,lack of professional adjustment data and information,etc.Suggestions are put forward for establishing industry-education integration enterprises,promoting deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,docking industry needs,establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism for specialties,increasing support for the docking specialties of strategic emerging industries,strengthening government guidance and regulation,forming an auditing system for specialty settings,and promoting the specialty layout and strategic emerging industries of Hunan higher vocational colleges.The demand of professionals is coupled with development.
