摘要 轮胎花纹深度对行驶车辆的制动性能有重要影响。为快速、准确地测量出轮胎花纹的深度,提出了一种基于机器视觉的轮胎花纹深度自动测量方法。该方法首先由摄像机获取行驶车辆的轮胎花纹结构光图像;然后对获取的图像进行图像处理,得到轮胎外廓形状的坐标;最后通过花纹识别算法,自动判断轮胎外廓曲线上沟槽的位置和花纹个数,依次测量每个沟槽的深度,以实现轮胎花纹的自动识别与深度测量。将该方法在轮胎花纹深度测量系统上进行了试验。试验结果表明:提出的测量方法能够自动识别花纹的个数,并能够准确测量出轮胎花纹的深度,测量的绝对误差小于0.2 mm,可以满足轮胎花纹测试的要求。 The depth of tire tread pattern has important influence on the braking performance of the traveling vehicle.In order to measure the tire tread depth accurately and automatically,a tire tread depth measurement method based on machine vision is introduced.The method first acquires a tread structure light image of a traveling vehicle by camera;then the acquired image is processed to get the coordinates of the shape of tire’s outline;finally,through pattern recognition algorithm,automatically judges the positions of groove and the number of pattern,and to measure the depth of each groove in turn,thus automatic recognition and depth measurement of tire treads are implemented.The experiment is conducted on a measurement system based on this method.The experiment results indicate that the measurement method can identify the number of threads,and measure its depth.The absolute error is less than 0.2 mm;so the measurement accuracy meets the demand for measuring tire tread depth.
