摘要
政府信息公开系统需要处理大量的非结构化文档,传统基于数据库与文件系统的开发方式工作量大、开发周期长、过程复杂、维护困难。为了解决这一难题,提出一种基于内容库来开发政府信息公开系统的新方案。信息公开的非结构化文档存储在内容库中,由内容库负责它的存储和管理,信息公开系统依据功能要求,通过内容库的标准CMIS接口来实现公开文档的各项功能。该方案降低了文档管理和文档使用之间的耦合度,减小了开发难度,降低了开发周期和维护成本。目前开发的信息公开系统已应用在多家政府网站。该方案也可用于其他包含大量非结构化文档处理工作的信息系统,具有重要的实际意义和广泛的应用领域。
The government information disclosure system needs to deal with a large number of unstructured documents.Traditional database-based and file system-based development methods have a large workload,long development cycles,complicated processes,and difficult maintenance.In order to solve this problem,we proposed a new scheme to develop government information disclosure system based on content library repository.The unstructured documents of information disclosure were stored in the content repository.The content repository was responsible for its storage and management.According to the functional requirements,the information disclosure system achieved the functions of the open document through the standard CMIS interface of the content repository.This scheme reduces the coupling between document management and document usage,reduces the difficulty of development,and reduces the development cycle and maintenance costs.The developed information disclosure system has been applied to many government websites.This scheme can also be used in other information systems containing a large number of unstructured document processing works,which has important practical significance and wide application fields.
