电瓶车火灾扑救战术方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 截至2018年,我国电瓶车保有量约2亿辆,随着电瓶车的普及,引发的火灾也在剧增,频频造成人员伤亡。通过统计分析发现此类火灾发生时间、地点的特殊性是造成人员伤亡惨重的重要原因,此外,其动力来源铅酸蓄电池和锂离子电池也具有一定火灾危险性。针对电瓶车火灾的特点,采取合适的战术方法是消防员灭火救援首要考虑的问题。 As of 2018,the number of electric bicycles in China is about 200 million.With the popularity of electric bicycles,the number of fires caused by electric bicycles has also increased dramatically,and the casualties couldn’t be underestimated.Through statistical analysis,it is found that the special time and location of such fires are impor-tant cause of heavy casualties.In addition,its power source,such as lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion batteries al-so has certain fire hazards.In view of the characteristics of electric bicycle fires,adopting appropriate tactical meth-ods in firefighting is the primary consideration for firefighters in the firefighting and rescue process.
