摘要
目的探讨强化性护理干预对消化道肿瘤手术患者的影响。方法将新乡市第一人民医院收治的50例消化道肿瘤患者分为观察组(强化性护理干预组)和对照组(常规护理组)两组,观察患者的胃肠功能情况、手术情况及并发症情况。结果观察组肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消化道肿瘤手术患者应用强化性护理干预能有效促进患者的胃肠功能的恢复,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect of intensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing gastrointestinal cancer surgery.Methods 50 patients with digestive tract tumor patients admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group(intensive nursing intervention group)and control group(routine nursing group),to observe the gastrointestinal function of patients,surgery and complications.Results The time of anal exhaust,first defecation,recovery time of bowel sounds,time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intensive nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing gastrointestinal cancer surgeryand,which is safe and reliable.
