摘要
知识管理理论作为一种能够综合的对信息进行分析,并对信息价值进行深度挖掘和转化的管理理论,能够帮助用户实现更加高效的知识交流和共享。当前针对电子档案的理论研究主要集中在电子健康档案的管理、组织开发与深度应用方面。而通过应用知识管理理论则能够为电子健康档案的的管理提供可行的管理范式。本文在知识管理理论与方法的指导下,对电子健康档案管理实践进行了调查,分析了当前电子健康管理过程存在的主要问题,并对提高电子健康档案管理成效提出了多维度的解决办法。
Knowledge management theory, as a comprehensive management theory that analyzes information and deeply mines and transforms information value, can help users achieve more efficient knowledge exchange and sharing. The current theoretical research on electronic archives mainly focuses on the management, organizational development and indepth application of electronic health records. The application of knowledge management theory can provide a viable management paradigm for the management of electronic health records. Under the guidance of knowledge management theory and method, this paper investigates the practice of electronic health record management, analyzes the main problems existing in the current electronic health management process, and proposes multi-dimensional solutions to improve the effectiveness of electronic health record management.
