摘要
民主集中制是党的根本组织制度和领导制度,《党委会的工作方法》的核心内容是坚持民主集中制。部队党委在贯彻民主集中制的过程中,对照《党委会的工作方法》,从党委书记、党委委员、党委议事、党委决策等方面查找自身建设的不足,并从中找到解决问题的对策,对于提升贯彻民主集中制的质量至关重要。
Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational system and leadership system of the Party.The core content of Working Methods of Party Committee is to adhere to democratic centralism.In the process of implementing democratic centralism,the party committee of the armed forces,in contrast with Working Methods of Party Committee,shall make efforts to identify the shortcomings of its own construction in terms of the party committee’s party secretary,member,discussion,decision-making and so on,and find out some countermeasures to solve the problems,which is of vital importance for improving the quality of implementing democratic centralism.
