摘要
目的探索胃肠道肿瘤患者手术后应用腹部红外线照射联合针刺足三里对胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年6月—2018年12月在解放军第990医院信阳院区普外科行胃肠道肿瘤手术的符合纳入标准的180例患者,按随机数字表法随机分为A、B、C、D四组,A为腹部红外线照射联合针刺足三里组(45组),B为腹部红外线照射组(45例),C为针刺足三里组(45例),D为对照组(不使用腹部红外线照射及针刺足三里45例)。观察术后患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、恢复普食时间及住院时间。结果肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、恢复普食时间及住院时间A组均明显短于B、C及D组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、恢复普食时间及住院时间B组和C组均明显短于D组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);而B组与C组间无统计学差异。结论采用腹部红外线照射联合针刺足三里对胃肠道肿瘤手术后患者进行治疗有利于促进患者胃肠功能恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of abdominal infrared light irradiation combined with acupuncture at Zusanli point on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after surgery.Methods The 160 patients who met the inclusion criteria for gastrointestinal tumor surgery in general surgery department of No.990 hospital of PLA(Xinyang medical area)from June 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into four groups:A,B,C and D.Group A was performed on the abdominal infrared light irradiation combined with acupuncture at Zusanli point(n=45),group B the abdominal infrared light irradiation(n=45),group C the acupuncture at Zusanli point(n=45),and group D as control group(n=45,no abdominal infrared light irradiation and acupuncture at Zusanli point).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first anal flant time,the first bowel movement time,the recovery time of general diet and hospitalization time were observed.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first anal flant time,the first bowel movement time,the recovery time of normal diet and hospitalization time in group A were significantly shorter than those in group B,C and D(P<0.001).In group B and C above-mentioned every time were significantly shorter than that in group D(P<0.001);there was no significant difference between group B and C.Conclusion Abdominal infrared light irradiation combined with acupuncture at Zusanli point for the patients with gastrointestinal tumors after surgery is conducive to promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
