摘要
目的分析DR与多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月接收并经病理确诊的肋骨骨折患者100例,所有患者均先采用DR诊断,再采用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断。比较两种诊断方式的准确率及对骨折部位、数目及节段的检出情况。结果手术病理提示100例患者共骨折132处,多层螺旋CT三维重建技术的诊断准确率为93.94%(124/132),显著高于DR检查的77.27%(102/132)(P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对肋软骨诊断的准确率为40.15%,显著高于DR检查的25.76%(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对骨折数目、骨折阶段的检出率均高于DR检查,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断肋骨骨折能够为临床诊治提供有效依据,提高临床诊断准确率,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of DR and multislice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in diagnosis of rib fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with rib fracture enrolled and confirmed by pathology in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.All patients were diagnosed by DR and then by multislice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique.The accuracy rate and the detection rates of fracture location,number and segment of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results Surgical pathology revealed total 132 fractures in 100 patients.The diagnostic accuracy rate of multislice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique was 93.94%(124/132),which was significantly higher than 77.27%(102/132)of DR detection(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of multislice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of costal cartilage was 40.15%,which was significantly higher than 25.76%of DR detection(P<0.05);the detection rate of the number and stage of fracture by multislice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique were higher than those of DR detection,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Multislice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of rib fracture can provide effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,which is worthy of promotion and application.
