摘要
介绍了开关柜带电检测三种方法的注意事项与应用效果,阐述了一起利用超声波法和特高频法发现开关柜内部放电缺陷的案例,针对开关柜内部放电缺陷,通过幅值定位法确定放电源位置,利用放电脉冲波形特征确定放电类型。解体发现内部严重放电痕迹,判断放电由受潮与积灰导致,解体结果证实了带电检测的有效性,并为预防类似缺陷提供了相应的建议。
Introduction was made to the matters need attention and application effect of three kinds of switchgear live detection methods.This paper expounded a case of inner discharge defect of switchgear with ultrasonic and ultrahigh frequency methods.In allusion to the switchgear inner discharge defect,the discharge location was determined by amplitude localization method.The discharge type was decided by the impulse waveform characteristics.The disassembly revealed the inner serious discharge trace.The damp and the dust were estimated as the discharge reason.The disassembly result verifies the validity of live detection,which provides the relevant advice for avoiding the similar fault.
