摘要
目的 探究护理风险管理在辅助生殖技术中的应用效果.方法 选取2017年7月-2018年6月期间于解放军第一七四医院行辅助生殖技术的66例患者作为观察对象,将未实施护理风险管理模式时收治的33例患者列为常规组并予以常规护理管理,实施护理风险管理模式后收治的33例患者列为管理组.对比两组的护理纠纷发生率、病历未及时归档率、医嘱执行错误率以及患者满意度.结果 管理组的护理纠纷发生率、病历未及时归档率、医嘱执行错误率均明显低于常规组(P<0.05);管理组的患者满意度明显高于常规组(P<0.05).结论 护理风险管理可以显著降低辅助生殖技术操作中的不良事件发生率,进而降低伦理、健康风险,提高患者的满意度,因此该护理管理办法具备临床推广价值.
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in assisted reproductive technology.Methods66 patients who underwent assisted reproduction in the hospital from July,2017 to June,2018 were selected as the observation objects. 33 patients who did not implement the nursing risk management model were classified as the routine group and routine care was used. 33 patients who were treated after implementing the nursing risk management model were classified as the management group.The incidence of nursing disputes,the rate of medical records not being filed in time,the rate of errors in the execution of doctor’s orders and the patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of nursing disputes,the rate of medical records not being filed in time and the rate of errors in execution of doctor’s orders in the management group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction in the management group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).ConclusionNursing risk management can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events in assisted reproductive technology operations,thereby reduce ethical and health risks and improve patient satisfaction. Therefore,the nursing management method has clinical value of promotion.
