摘要 以上海理工大学自主设计的机床移动部件实验平台为对象,以有限元模态分析数据为基础对整机的动态特性进行优化。对机床移动部件实验平台进行三维建模,进行有限元建模,在此基础上进行整机的有限元模态分析。得到机床移动部件实验平台的动态特性参数。结合有限元模态和实验模态的结果,分析实验平台的薄弱环节和设计的不足之处。以机床移动部件实验平台的第1阶固有频率为优化目标,对关键部件立柱进行筋板布局方式和筋板厚度尺寸进行了优化。 Based on the experimental platform of machine tool moving parts independently designed by University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine are optimized based on the finite element modal analysis data.The three-dimensional model and finite element model of the experimental platform for moving parts of machine tools are built.On this basis,the finite element modal analysis of the whole machine is carried out,and the dynamic characteristic parameters of the experimental platform of the machine moving parts are obtained.Combining the results of finite element mode and experimental mode,the weak links and design deficiencies of the experimental platform are analyzed.Taking the first-order natural frequency of the experimental platform of the machine moving parts as the optimization goal,the rib layout and the thickness of the ribs of the key components are optimized.
