摘要
针对某污水处理厂尾水排放执行地表水Ⅳ类水质要求,设计采用脱氮除磷效果较好的多级AO-高效沉淀池-反硝化深床滤池组合主体工艺。介绍了该设计的工艺流程、主要构筑物的设计参数及工艺特点等。其中多级AO总停留时间为19.5 h,混合液内回流比为100%~200%,污泥龄为15 d;高效沉淀池最大表面负荷为12 m^3/(m^2·h),反硝化深床滤池正常滤速为6.0 m/h,强制滤速为9.0 m/h。
In view of the fact that the discharged tail water from a sewage treatment plant should meet the quality requirement of surface water classⅣ,a combined process of multistage AO-efficient sedimentation tank-deep bed denitrification filter with good nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency was adopted in the design.The process flow,the parameters of the main structures as well as the technical characteristics of the said design were introduced.In the multistage AO unit,the total residence time was 19.5 h,the internal reflux ratio of the mixture was 100%-200%,the sludge retention time was 15 d;the maximum surface load of the efficient sedimentation tank was 12 m^3/(m^2·h),the normal filtration rate of the deep bed denitrification filter was 6.0 m/h,and the forced filtration rate was 9.0 m/h.
