摘要
作为人工关节置换术后的灾难性并发症,关节假体周围感染目前尚无完美的敏感性和特异性血清学炎性指标。所以假体周围感染的早期诊断依然是骨科医师面对的挑战。本文筛选了目前临床用于人工关节假体周围感染的一些血清学炎性指标,予以综述。希望为临床骨科医师早期诊断人工关节假体周围感染提供参考。
Periprosthetic joint infection(PJI)is one of the devastating complications after arthroplasty.Up to now,however,there are still no perfect sensitivity and specificity serum markers of PJI.So,early diagnosis of PJI is challenge for orthopedist.The article overviews several serum markers proposed in recent years for diagnosis of PJI.These markers would provide indicators for clinical department of orthopedics doctors in the early diagnosis of PJI.
