摘要
为了解决目前我国煤矿通风系统管理人工检测周期长、传感器点监测覆盖范围小,难以满足全局掌握通风系统运行状况的问题,基于通风网络优化布置的传感器实时监测数据,采用动态网络解算算法,研发了矿井通风在线监测系统。该监测系统网络解算与监测结果以直观的三维方式展现,实现对通风系统监控有效性和通风隐患的在线实时监测,并基于该技术在杨河煤业进行了现场应用。结果表明:关键用风点通风网络解算风量误差在5%以内,系统图形与动态解算数据以三维立体展示,极大提高了矿井通风管理人员对通风系统运行状态的把控,可为矿井通风管理、安全生产等提供科学依据和先进技术借鉴。
In order to solve the problem that the ventilation system management in domestic coal mines has a long manual detection cycle and a small monitoring coverage of sensor points,which makes it difficult to master the running status of the ventilation system globally.Combined with real-time monitoring data of sensors based on optimal arrangement of ventilation network,the online monitoring system of the mine ventilation was developed by using the dynamic network algorithm.The network algorithm and monitoring results were presented in an intuitive three-dimensional way to realize online real-time monitoring of the monitoring effectiveness of the ventilation system and the potential ventilation risks,the technology was applied in the field of Yanghe Coal Industry.The results show that the air volume error is less than 5%,and the system graphics and dynamic algorithm are displayed in 3d,which greatly improves the personnel control over the running state of the ventilation system.It can provide scientific basis and advanced technology reference for mine ventilation management and safety production.
