摘要
目的:观察十枣汤加减治疗腰椎管狭窄症术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年3月至2019年3月在河南中医药大学第三附属医院治疗的腰椎管狭窄症术后尿潴留患者32例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组16例。两组患者均行腰椎管狭窄症手术,术后常规留置导尿管导尿等方法治疗后仍发生尿潴留,观察组采用十枣汤加减治疗,对照组继续反复留置导尿管,直至膀胱功能恢复。结果:观察组有效率100.0%,对照组有效率68.7%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后残余尿量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后膀胱功能积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十枣汤加减治疗腰椎管狭窄症术后尿潴留,可避免反复留置导尿管,减轻患者痛苦,避免泌尿系感染的发生。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Ten Jujubes Decoction on postoperative urinary retention due to lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:Thirty-two patients with urinary retention after lumbar spinal stenosis surgery in Third Af-filiated Hospital of Henan University of CM from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 16 cases in each group.Results:All the patients in the two groups underwent lumbar spinal stenosis surger-y,after routine indwelling catheter catheterization and other methods,urinary retention still occurred.Then the observation group was treated with Modified Ten Jujubes Decoction,while the control group continued to indwell catheter repeatedly until bladder function recovered.Conclusion:The effective rate was 100.0%in the observation group and 68.7%in the control group,the ob-servation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the residual urine volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The bladder function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after the treat-ment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Ten Jujubes Decoction has a remarkable efficacy on postoperative urinary retention due to lumbar spinal stenosis,can avoid repeated indwelling catheter,alleviate the pain of patients,and avoid the occurrence of urinary tract infection.
