摘要
海泉穴之“泉”喻指津液之源泉,为发源之地,辅以“海”者,言此穴下深阔无量,如湖似海,广博无际,源源不断。海泉穴作为重要的经外奇穴,位于舌下中央,任督二脉的交会之处,起着沟通阴阳的作用,又为“十三鬼穴”之一,穴位特殊,穴效显著。海泉穴作为津液的发源与汇聚之地,主治津液不足或过盛等证;针刺海泉穴能够祛瘀生新,疏通局部经络,治疗舌肌萎缩、口疮、乳蛾等疾患;作为“十三鬼穴”,针刺海泉穴可治疗癫狂、热病躁狂、痫病之类的疾患,以及抑郁症、原发性痛经等;海泉穴可以沟通阴阳,治疗中风引起的多类并发症。海与泉二者辩证统一,在腧穴的命名之中同时出现,是中医学天人合一、整体观的良好范例。
The "quan" of Haiquan acupoint refers to the source of the body fluid,which is the origin.It is supplemented by the "hai",which means that this acpoint is deep and boundless,like the lake or the sea,being vast,endless and continuous.As an important special acupoint,Haiquan acuoint is located in the center of the lower surface of the tongue.It is the intersection of Ren Meridian and Du Meridian.It plays a role in communicating Yin and Yang.It is also one of the "Thirteen Ghosts",with special acupuncture points and remarkable curative effect.Haiquan acupoint is the source and gathering place of the body fluid,and it can be used in treating body fluid deficiency or excessiveness.The acupuncture at the Haiquan acupoint can regenerate the new blood and remove blood stasis by dredging the local meridians such as that in treating the tongue muscle atrophy,the heavy tongue swelling,the mouth sores,the tonsillitis.As one of the "thirteen ghosts",acupuncture at Haiquan acuoint can treat madness,fever,manic episodes,epilepsy and other diseases,as well as depression,primary dysmenorrhea,etc.;Haiquan acupoints can communicate Yin and Yang in treating many types of complications caused by stroke.The dialectical unity of hai and quan in the naming of the acupoints is a good example of the unity of nature and human beings,which is just the overall view in TCM.
