摘要
针对一款新型无杆式牵引车的举升机构进行了综合设计分析。根据实际工作情况,通过分析夹持机构运动简图求解夹持机构位姿运动方程,分析举升机构受力情况,证明了举升机构的可靠性。通过Ansys静力学和动力学仿真,分析机构的刚度,评价材料选用的合理性,通过预应力模态分析避免共振的条件,为后续的设计优化及驱动选型提供了依据。
Comprehensive design analyses on the lifting mechanism of a new towbarless tractor are carried out in the paper.According to the actual working situation,the pose kinematics equation of the clamping mechanism is solved by analyzing the movement diagram,and the stress condition of the lifting mechanism is analyzed,and the reliability of the lifting mechanism is proved.The stiffness of the mechanism is analyzed and the rationality of material selection is evaluated relying on Ansys statics and dynamics simulation,and the condition of avoiding resonance is analyzed through prestress modal,which provides a basis for design optimization and drive selection in future.
