摘要
化工企业环氧乙烷市场较好,但泄漏会造成中毒、火灾等事故,因此研究环氧乙烷储罐泄漏成为安全管理的一项重要课题。通过分析环氧乙烷储罐泄漏问题,基于Fluent软件模拟,对储罐温度、压力、不同尺寸泄漏点条件下泄漏情况模拟分析,为做好企业环氧乙烷储罐泄漏应急管理提供技术支持,并对提升同行业储罐安全生产管理水平具有积极的意义。
The market of ethylene oxide was good to chemical enterprises,however leakage would cause poisoning and fire accidents,study of ethylene oxide storage tank leakage was an important topic of safety management.The influence of ethylene oxide storage tank leakage was discussed.Based on the Fluent,tank leakage was simulated in different temperature,pressure,leakage aperture in the paper.technical support was provided for the emergency management of ethylene oxide storage tank.It plays an important role in improving the tank management level of production safety in chemical industry.
