摘要
采用HPLC法,以磷酸二氢钾的甲醇水溶液为流动相,使用Inertsil AX离子柱和vwd检测器,对膦海因进行定量分析。结果表明,本方法的标准偏差为2.19×10^-4,变异系数为3.50×10^-5,加标回收率为100.40%,线性相关系数为0.9992。
A method for quantitative analysis of(2-(2,5-dioxoimidazolidin-4-yl)ethyl)(methyl)phosphinic acid by HPLC was created.The method with methanol aqueous solution of potassium phosphate monobasic as mobile phase,and Inertsil AX column and vwd detector was used.The results showed that the standard deviation was 2.19×10^-4,the variation coefficient was 3.50×10^-5,the average recovery was 100.40%,the liner correlation coefficient was 0.9992.
