摘要
冷诱导RNA结合蛋白(CIRP)是第1种在哺乳动物中发现的高度保守且被广泛研究的冷应激蛋白。从生物学的冷应激调控和临床医学角度分析,深入研究冷应激蛋白CIRP的功能及调节机制具有重要的科学价值。论文综述了冷诱导RNA结合蛋白在生殖发育、胚胎发育、神经调节、肿瘤等方面的研究进展,为鉴定CIRP的新功能提供理论依据。
Cold-inducible RNA-binding proteins(CIRP)are cold stress related proteins which were first identified in mammals.From the perspective of biological regulation of cold stress and clinical medicine,it has important scientific value to clarify the function and regulation mechanism of CIRP.In this paper,it mainly reviewed the research progress of CIRP in reproductive development,embryonic development,neuromodulation and tumor,providing theoretical basis for the identification of new functions of CIRP.
