地铁盾构端头加固区内高压电缆施工保护措施探讨 被引量:2

摘要 福州市轨道交通2号线洪湾站—金山站区间金山站,接收端右线端头加固设计为素砼墙+坑内三轴搅拌桩型式。由于受到周边建筑及车站影响,加固区内存在两根10 kV高压电缆未及时迁改,为保证后期盾构安全接收,达到接收条件要求,保护加固区高压电缆及确保该施工范围内的加固质量成为施工关键。文章结合金山站端头加固区实际情况,介绍了端头加固、素墙施工与高压电缆交叉部位施工方法,为类似工程提供了参考。 The reinforcement design of the right end of the receiving end of Jinshan Station between Hongwan Station and Jinshan Station of Fuzhou Rail Transit Line 2 is the plain concrete wall with the triaxial mixing pile in pit.Due to the influence of surrounding buildings and stations,there are two 10 kV high voltage cables in the reinforcement area that have not been changed in time.In order to ensure the safe reception of shield tunnels in the later period,the requirements of receiving conditions are met.Protecting the high-voltage cable in the reinforcement area and ensuring the quality of reinforcement within the construction scope are the key points of construction.Combining with the actual situation of the reinforcement area at the end of Jinshan Station,this paper introduces the construction methods of the end reinforcement,plain wall construction and the intersection of high-voltage cable,which provides a reference for similar projects.
