摘要
动力电池是新能源汽车最重要的组成部分,为其提供基本能源,驱动车辆行驶,保证汽车的续航里程,是其基本的动力来源,但同时也存在因为主观驾驶因素和客观环境因素造成的老化破损、容量衰减甚至是报废的情况,而目前尚没有相关完善的法律法规和有效途径对此类动力电池进行妥善处置,导致因为报废动力电池造成的环境污染和社会矛盾等问题日益突出,已经成为必须要解决的现实问题,相关部门和汽车企业应尽快制定出动力电池报废与回收应对策略,使新能源汽车产业更加良性的发展。
Power battery is the most important component of new energy vehicles.It provides basic energy for vehicle,drives the vehicle and guarantees its endurance.It is the basic power source of new energy vehicles.But at the same time,there are aging damage,capacity degradation and even scrap caused by subjective driving factors and objective environmental factors.There are no relevant laws,regulations and effective ways to properly dispose of such power batteries before,resulting in environmental pollution and social contradictions caused by abandoned power batteries becoming increasingly prominent,which has become a practical problem that must be solved.Relevant departments and automobile enterprises should formulate abandoned power batteries recycling policy as soon as possible.Recycling strategies and countermeasures will make the industry of new energy vehicles develop more healthily.
