摘要 从校准装置硬件结构、寄存器(变送板参数表)、时间设置、校准操作、装置设置和产品测试几个方面阐述了多点压力校准装置的研发过程。详细阐述了校准装置与变送板的通信方式、输出电流校准、多点压力校准的操作方法,装置内部标准电流表校准以及对校准后成品的测试过程。经测试比较,多点压力校准装置可以稳定高效地实现压力变送板的出厂校准和周期现场校准,达到了预期的设计效果。 The research and development process of the multi-point pressure calibration device is expounded from the aspects of the hardware structure of the calibration device,the register,the time setting,the calibration operation,the device setting and the product testing.The communication mode between the calibration device and the transformer feed plate,the output current calibration,the operation method of multi-point pressure calibration,the calibration of the standard ammeter inside the device and the test process of the finished product after calibration are described in detail.By comparison with the test,the multi-point pressure calibration device can realize the delivery calibration and periodic field calibration of pressure transformer plate stably and efficiently,and achieve the expected design effect.
