摘要
目的探讨以微课为载体的可视化健康教育在单侧膝关节置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月~2018年11月本院收治的60例单侧膝关节置换术后患者作为研究对象,采用单双号编号法分成对照组(30例,单号)与观察组(30例,双号)。对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组采取微课可视化健康教育。比较两组的功能锻炼总依从率、知识掌握程度及护理总满意度。结果观察组的功能锻炼总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的知识掌握程度分数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论就单侧膝关节置换术后患者,应用以微课为载体的可视化健康教育可显著提高功能锻炼依从率,提高知识掌握程度,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of visual health education based on micro-course as carrier in patients after unilateral knee arthroplasty.Methods Sixty patients with unilateral knee arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to November 2018 were selected as study objects.The patients were divided into the control group(30 cases,single number)and observation group(30 cases,double number)using single and double numbering method.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given visual health education of micro-course.The total compliance rate of functional exercise,the degree of knowledge mastery and the total satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of functional exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of knowledge mastery degree in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients after unilateral knee arthroplasty,visual health education based on micro-course used can significantly improve the compliance rate of functional exercise,the degree of knowledge mastery and satisfaction degree of nursing.
