摘要
目的探讨老年综合评估(CGA)联合无陪护护理在老年冠心病(CHD)中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月~2018年5月我院收治的112例无留陪老年CHD患者,随机分为观察组(56例)和对照组(56例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予CGA联合无陪护护理。比较两组的护理满意度、心血管不良事件的发生率、护理前后生活质量评分。结果观察组心血管不良事件总发生率和生活质量评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CGA联合无陪护护理能显著减少老年CHD患者心血管不良事件的发生,有效提高患者的生活质量和护理的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive elderly assessment(CGA)combined with unaccompanied nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 112 elderly patients with unaccompanied CHD admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(56 cases)and control group(56 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given CGA combined with unaccompanied nursing.The nursing total satisfaction,incidence of cardiovascular adverse events and life quality scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CGA combined with unaccompanied nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in elderly patients with CHD,effectively improve the quality of life of patients and satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
