摘要
目的艾灸大椎穴、关元穴,观察其对中老年患者血浆SOD、MDA及FIB的影响。方法将中老年患者142例配对分成2组,2组患者接受相同的基础治疗,但艾灸组同时接受灸大椎穴、关元穴治疗,观察2组患者血浆SOD、MDA及FIB的改变情况,同时观察其基础疾病的疗效情况。结果2组患者血浆SOD、MDA及FIB均有改善,基础疾病也有好转,且艾灸组较对照组明显。结论艾灸组可以明显改善中老年患者血浆SOD、MDA及FIB,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion at Dazhui(DU14)and Guanyuan(RN4)on the plasma SOD,MDA and FIB of middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods 142 pairs of middle-aged and elderly patients were divided into two groups.The two groups received the same basic treatment,but the moxibustion group received moxibustion at Dazhui(DU14)and Guanyuan(RN4).The changes of plasma SOD,MDA and FIB in the two groups were observed.At the same time,the curative effect of the underlying disease was observed.Results Plasma SOD,MDA and FIB were improved in both groups,and the underlying diseases were improved,but the moxibustion group was more obvious than the control group.Conclusion The moxibustion group can significantly improve plasma SOD,MDA and FIB in middle-aged and elderly patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
