摘要
生产实习是临床医学专业人才培养的重要阶段,是培养医学生临床技能、临床思维能力、职业道德的关键时期。本研究以北京大学第三医院为例,结合生产实习教学大纲要求,科学设计生产实习岗前培训课程,从理论与临床技能两方面对医学生进行生产实习岗前培训,通过培训考核与满意度评估培训质量。结果显示,相关培训提高了医学生的理论水平和临床技能,学生评价反馈良好。
The stage of internship practice plays an important role in medical talent cultivation,which is also a critical period for medical students to form their clinical skills,clinical thinking and professional ethics.This research took Peking University Third Hospital for example,and designed the prepost training courses according to the teaching objectives.The training course contains theoretical and clinical skills training,the quality of which was evaluated by training assessment and satisfaction.The evaluation results showed that the related training had improved the basic clinical skills of medical students,and the students gave good evaluation and positive feedback.
