摘要
目的探讨我科献血车对谷丙转氨酶(ALT)异常的献血者宣教指导后的ALT复查情况并进行分析,为制定献血招募宣传工作提供参考依据。方法收集献血员初筛不合格原因,不同年龄段、初筛ALT不同区段及相应复查ALT的检测结果,利用χ^2检验进行统计学分析。结果ALT复查的献血者中69.4%恢复正常,28.2%献血者有所降低,2.3%献血者建议接受治疗;其中18~20岁献血群体ALT恢复快,合格率最高;21~30岁的献血群体对健康干预的依从性差,合格率最低;31周岁以上人群随着年龄增长对健康越重视,合格率越高;初筛ALT在50~55U/L区段的献血者复查合格率为最高。结论通过对ALT异常的献血者采取针对性地健康宣教,能有效预防和控制ALT的异常,在一定程度上促进形成全面健康行为的生活方式,减少血源的流失。
Objective This paper analyzed the examination results after the education and guidance to the blood donors with abnormal alanine transaminase(ALT)in our department,so to provide a reference for the recruitment and improvement of blood donation.Methods The reasons caused unqualified ALT samples in screening test were collected.Different age groups,ALT sections and corresponding ALT re-examination results were collected and analyzed by χ^2 statistical methods.Results After the health guidance for the donors,69.4%serum transaminase returned to the normal level,28.2%reduced dramatically and 2.3%of blood donors were suggested to accept related treatment.Among them,ALT recovery rate of blood donors aged 18 to 20 was the highest,while the blood donors aged between 21 and 30 had a poor compliance with health intervention and the lowest qualified rate.Among donors with over 31 years of age,with the increase of attentaion on health condition,the higher the pass qualified rate was observed.Donors with ALT values of 50-55U/L in the initial screening test had the highest qualified rate for re-examination.Conclusion Taking pertinent health propaganda to the ALT abnormal blood donors can effectively prevent and control the ALT abnormal level,also promote the healthy behaviors and reduce blood loss.
