摘要
谈到再生医学,我们就会想到干细胞(Stem Cell)。鉴于脂肪干细胞(adipose derived stem cells,ADSCs)来源丰富、易于获得、高产量和低免疫原性等优点,近些年ADSCs在众多骨科疾病的治疗中开辟了新途径,具有其独特的生物学价值。通过广泛查阅近年来国内外相关文献,ADCDs在骨科血管再生和创面愈合、骨和软骨的修复重建、骨骼肌再生、周围神经再生、肌腱损伤修复等多方面都得到了成功应用。本文将对ADSCs的由来、分离、保存、培养、细胞表面标记物,以及对ADSCs在当前及今后骨科疾病中的临床应用的相关问题进行综述。
When it comes to regenerative medicine,we think of Stem Cell.In view of the rich source,easy availability,high yield and low immunogenicity of adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs),ADSCs have opened up new avenues in the treatment of many orthopedic diseases in recent years,with their unique biological value.Through extensive review of relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years,ADCDs have been successfully applied in orthopedic vascular regeneration and wound healing,bone and cartilage repair and reconstruction,skeletal muscle regeneration,peripheral nerve regeneration,and tendon injury repair.This article will review the origin,isolation,preservation,culture,cell surface markers of ADSCs,as well as issues related to the clinical application of ADSCs in current and future orthopedic diseases.
