摘要
介绍了断路器短路开断过程中电弧状态,以及单相回路开断过程中电压与电流的关系。从电弧等效电阻出发,提出了提升弧压的方法。以某塑壳断路器为研究对象,进行磁场仿真分析,对模型进行优化,为样机试制提供理论支撑。最后结合对比试验,得到了改进结构与原有结构分断波形。试验表明:改进结构能够缩短燃弧时间,提升分断性能。
This paper briefly introduced the arc in the process of short circuit breaking about circuit breaker,and introduced the relationship between voltage and current of short circuit breaking in single-phase circuit.Based on the equivalent resistance of arc,the method of raising arc voltage was proposed.Taking a molded case circuit breaker as the research object,through the magnetic field simulation analysis and the model optimization,it provided theoretical support for prototype trial production.Finally,through comparative experiments,it can get the breaking wave forms of the improved structure and the original structure.The experiment shows that the improved structure can shorten arcing time and improve breaking performance.
