摘要
针对6种不同规格产品和企业不锈钢管自动化包装生产线需求,将人工叠垛改进为自动叠垛,并进行输送。介绍了该装置的基本组成,并对每个组成部分的基本结构特点和工作原理进行分析,重点介绍了链条输送装置的主要技术参数计算方法,实现了6种不同规格的不锈钢管进行快速叠垛与输送的要求。实践证明,该装置运行稳定性好,提高了生产效率,减少了企业用工成本,降低了工人劳动强度,提升了企业自动化程度,具有显著的经济效益和较好的推广价值。
For six different specifications of the product and stainless steel pipe automatic packaging production line,the artificial stacking is improved to be automatically stacked and conveyed.The basic unit of the device was introduced and the basic structure and working principle of each unit were analyzed,and the main technical parameter calculation method of chain conveying device was emphatically introduced,and six different specifications of stainless steel pipe for rapid stacking and conveying requirements were realized.The practice shows that the device had good stability,and the production efficiency was improved,the labor cost of enterprise was reduced,the labor intensity of workers was decreased,the production automation degree of enterprise was promoted and had significant economic benefit and better promotion value.
