摘要
环氧树脂具有优异的机械强度、电绝缘性和化学稳定性,常被用于高压绝缘器件的主绝缘材料,或用于电器、电子元件、半导体元器件的绝缘封装。作为典型的热固性树脂材料,环氧树脂及其复合材料固化成型形成“不溶不熔”的脆性固体,在长期处于复杂的工作环境中时,其内部不可避免地会产生各种微裂纹或机械损伤,引起局部放电从而降低材料的使用寿命甚至绝缘失效。为克服环氧树脂材料的脆且裂纹难以愈合的本质问题,模仿生物体自愈合机理,研发了各种自修复环氧树脂体系。基于不同自修复原理,本文从外援型自修复和本征型自修复两方面综述了目前研究领域中的自修复环氧树脂体系,介绍各种自修复机理和自修复性能,为采用自修复环氧树脂的电力设备开发及应用提供参考。
Epoxy resin have excellent mechanical strength,good electrical insulation and chemical stability.They are widely used as insulating packaging material in high voltage insulation devices,or as insulating material for electrical device,electronic components and semiconductor components.As a typical thermosetting resin material,epoxy resin and its composite material are cured and formed into a brittle solid which is neither soluble in any organic solvents nor meltable at high temperature.However,the microcracks and mechanical damages in the cured resins are easily produced in complex working environment which will reduce the service life of the insulate material,even leading to insulation failure.To overcome the instinct defect of epoxy resin,some epoxy resin self-healing systems were proposed by imitating the self-healing mechanism of organisms.In this paper,the self-healing epoxy resins which are divided into extrinsic types and intrinsic types are reviewed;and the mechanism and performance of different selfhealing methods are also introduced.We hope self-healing epoxy resin system also can be used in the field of electrical insulation in the future.
