摘要
液压油作为工业润滑油用量最大的油品,其应用非常广泛,随添加剂含量以及工作温度的逐渐升高,对橡胶材料的要求越来越严格。该文分析比较了目前橡胶相容性主要测试方法,同时对比国家、国际及OEM液压油标准对橡胶相容性的要求,判断其变化趋势,该结论对未来液压油的开发提供指导作用。
Hydraulic oil,as the greatest amount of industrial lubricating oil,is widely used. With the increase of additive content and working temperature,the requirement for rubber materials becomes more and more stringent. This paper analyses and compares the main test methods of rubber compatibility at present,and compares the requirements of national,international and OEM hydraulic oil standards for elastomer compatibility,and judges its changing trend. This conclusion provides guidance for the future development of hydraulic oil.
