摘要
目的:研究青钱柳提取物(CPE)和抗性糊精(RD)合用的降血糖和降血脂作用。方法:正常大鼠降糖试验:将大鼠随机分为1个阴性对照组和1个剂量组。阴性对照组给予纯水,剂量组给予CP和RD合用的高剂量受试样品(CRM-H),连续30天,比较两组动物的空腹血糖值。胰岛素抵抗糖\脂代谢紊乱大鼠模型降血糖降血脂试验:通过高热能饲料辅以小剂量四氧嘧啶构建大鼠模型,各组分别给予纯水(模型组)、CPE、RD、以及CRE和RD合用的低、中、高三个剂量(CRM-L,CRM-M,CRM-H),连续33天,检测空腹血糖、餐后0.5 h血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三脂(TG)及胆固醇(TC)水平,评价各受试组的降血糖降血脂作用。结果:CRM-H对正常大鼠空腹血糖值没有影响。对于胰岛素抵抗糖\脂代谢紊乱大鼠,与模型组相比,CRM-M可以显著降低餐后0.5 h血糖、餐后2 h血糖和血糖曲线下面积(AUC);CRM-H可以显著降低空腹血糖、0.5 h血糖、餐后2 h血糖、AUC、TG和TC。此外CRM-H的血糖水平相比于CPE组或RD组均有显著性改善。结论:青钱柳提取物与抗性糊精合用具有降血糖和降血脂作用,并且相比于单用青钱柳提取物或者抗性糊精具有更显著的降血糖作用。
Objective:To investigate the function of Cyclocarya paliurus extract(CPE)and resistant dextrin(RD)mixture on reducing hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into one treatment group and one control group.The control group was given pure water and the test group was given high dose of CPE and RD mixture(CRM-H).The glucose value after fasting were compared for 30 days.Insulin resistance and lipid metabolism disorder rat model experiment:Rat model was fed by high energy diet plus small dosage of alloxan.Each experiment group included pure water(control group),CPE,RD,and low,medium and high dose of CPE and RD mixture(CRM-L,CRM-M,CRM-H).Blood glucose and triglyceride(TG)and cholesterol(TC)in serum were detected after fasting at 0.5 h and 2 h to evaluate the reducing effects of blood sugar and blood lipid for each testing group.The tests were carried out for 33 days.Results:CRM-H had no significant effect on fasting blood glucose in normal rats.For insulin resistance and lipid metabolism disorder rats,fasting blood glucose at 0.5 h,2h and AUC were significantly decreased in CRM-M compared with the control.Fasting blood glucose at 0.5 h,2 h,AUC,TG and TC were significantly decreased in CRM-H.Besides,the blood glucose level in CRM-H was significantly improved compared to that in group CPE or RD.Conclusions:CPE and RD mixture could reduce blood sugar and blood lipid;the mixture of Cyclocarya paliurus extract and resistant dextrin mixture have more significant effect than CPE or RD alone.
