摘要
随着人事制度改革的不断深入,越来越多的农业科研院所大胆任用年纪轻、能力强的新人担任中层干部,希望用他们新思想和新活力推动单位更快更好地发展。然而,由于缺乏经验,新任中层干部在完成角色转换的过程中难免会遇到一些困难。以辽宁省经济作物研究所为例,对聘任以来新任中层干部在工作中出现的问题进行分析,并提出角色转换的建议,以期为相关单位的中层干部更好地胜任岗位工作提供参考。
With the deepening of personnel system reform,more and more agricultural research institutes are boldly appointing young and capable new cadres as middle-level cadres,hoping to use their new ideas and vitality to promote faster and better development of units.However,due to lack of experience,the new middle-level cadres will inevitably encounter some difficulties in the process of completing the role transformation.Taking Liaoning Economic Crop Research Institute as an example,this paper analyzed the problems of the new middle-level cadres in their work since their appointment,and put forward some suggestions for the role transformation,with a view to provide the middle-level cadres in relevant units.
