摘要
为了得到低驱动电压、高光效的有机电致发光二极管(OLED),本文介绍了一种激基复合物mCP∶PO-T2T。首先通过测试mCP、TPBi、PO-T2T、mCP∶TPBi和mCP∶PO-T2T薄膜的光致发光光谱,确定了mCP∶TPBi、mCP∶PO-T2T具备激基复合物性能要求,并分别将上述两种激基复合物作为发光层主体,制备器件结构为HATCN(10 nm)/TAPC(40 nm)/TCTA(10 nm)/mCP(10 nm)/mCP∶X∶FIrpic(20 nm,Y,15%)/X(50 nm)/LiQ(2 nm)/Al(120 nm)的蓝光OLEDs。当X为PO-T2T,Y=42.5%(质量分数)时,对应蓝光器件开启电压为2.83 V,功率效率和电流效率分别达到了35.5 lm/W和33.1 cd/A。在此基础上,将0.2%(质量分数)的黄光磷光材料PO-01掺入上述器件的发光层,得到了基于激基复合物主体的暖白光OLED,该器件获得了63.7 lm/W的功率效率、61.8 cd/A的电流效率以及19.9%的外量子效率,实现了具备低电压、高效率、色偏较小等优越性能的暖白光OLED。
In order to obtain OLED with low driving voltage and high efficiency,a kind of exciplex mCP∶PO-T2T is introduced in this paper.Firstly,by testing the photoluminescence spectra of mCP,TPBi,PO-T2T,mCP∶TPBi and mCP∶PO-T2T films,it is determined that mCP∶TPBi and mCP∶PO-T2T possess exciplex performance requirements.The blue OLEDs are fabricated by using the above two exciplexes as the host of the luminescent layer.The device structure is HATCN(10 nm)/TAPC(40 nm)/TCTA(10 nm)/mCP(10 nm)/mCP∶X∶FIrpic(20 nm,Y,15%)/X(50 nm)/LiQ(2 nm)/Al(120 nm).When X is PO-T2T,and Y=42.5%(mass fraction),the open voltage of the corresponding device is 2.83 V,the power efficiency and current efficiency are 35.5 lm/W and 33.1 cd/A,respectively.On this basis,0.2%(mass fraction)yellow phosphorescent material PO-01 is incorporated into the light-emitting layer of the above device,warm white OLED based on the host of exciplex is obtained.The power efficiency,current efficiency and external quantum efficiency of the white OLED reaches 63.7 lm/W,61.8 cd/A and 19.9%,respectively.The warm white OLED with low voltage,high efficiency and low color bias is realized.
