摘要
目的对社区公共卫生护理干预在心血管疾病防治中的应用效果进行探讨。方法选择我院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的60例心血管疾病患者进行研究,并随机均分为对照组和研究组。对照组实施常规药物治疗和护理,观察组以此为基础采取社区公共卫生护理干预,对两组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、纤维蛋白原及护理满意度进行比较。结果相比较于对照组,研究组的各项标准都较优,差异统计学意义明显(P<0.05)。结论心血管疾病患者疾病防治过程中有效的应用社区公共卫生护理干预,各项指标得到极大改善,其护理满意度也较大提升,可以进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of community public health nursing intervention in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods 60 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group received routine drug treatment and nursing,while the observation group received community health nursing intervention.Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),total cholesterol(TC),fibrinogen and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the standards of the study group were better,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of community public health nursing intervention in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease patients has greatly improved the indicators and nursing satisfaction,which can be further promoted and applied.
