摘要
阐述一种垃圾焚烧发电厂内更易维护的垃圾焚烧量计重系统的设计及开发过程。其使用西门子PLC通过RS485通讯模式获取垃圾吊中负责升降的起重变频器(ABB ACS880)的运行数据:电流、力矩、转速等信号;通过一个微机处理系统同步对接PLC的数据进行程序算法处理,从力矩和转速的不规则曲线中自动截取恒定转速下的曲线值,并通过算法转换为重量数据;微机系统在获取并计算出垃圾重量数据的同时,也将通过网络与全厂DCS系统对接,将垃圾吊分配情况、焚烧炉分配情况等信息进行数据综合,而后记录进微机系统内的mysql数据库,从而可自动生成垃圾焚烧计重信息系统,自动生成年月日等生产报表。
This paper describes the design and development process of a more maintainable weighing system for garbage incineration in a garbage incineration power plant.It uses Siemens PLC to acquire the operation data of ABB ACS880,which is responsible for lifting and lowering in garbage hanging,through RS485 communication mode:current,moment,speed and other signals.It uses a computer processing system to synchronize the data of PLC to process the program algorithm,and automatically intercepts the constant from the irregular curve of moment and speed.The curve value at constant speed is converted to the weight data by algorithm;while the computer system obtains and calculates the weight data of garbage.It will also connect the network with the DCS system of the whole plant to synthesize the information of garbage hoist distribution and incinerator distribution,and then record it in the MYSQL database of the computer system.Thus,the information system of garbage incineration weighing can be automatically generated,and the annual,monthly and daily production reports can be automatically generated.
