摘要
浙江舟山液化天然气接收及加注站项目一期LNG储罐设施的施工包括两台16万m3LNG储罐主体和附件的施工,由于穹顶模块属于不规则模块,安装时有固定的角度,所以是整个穹顶安装的难点。经论证,决定用1台260 t履带吊和定长吊装钢丝绳来完成罐顶吊装作业。简要介绍了工程概况,重点论述了储罐拱顶模块的定长钢丝绳吊装工艺,较为详细地阐明了钢丝绳安全系数核算、钢丝绳受力计算、吊耳计算等,最后指出该吊装方法不仅简化了传统6点吊装方法,也简化了工人用吊链来调整模块安装角度的过程,该项目的成功实施可为类似项目的施工提供借鉴。
The LNG storage tank facility construction as the first phase of Zhejiang Zhoushan LNG Receiving and Filling Station Project includes the construction of the main body and accessories of two 16 0000 m3 LNG tanks.Because the dome module is an irregular module and has a fixed angle when installed,it is a difficulty in the whole dome installation.Through demonstration,a 260 t crawler crane and fixed length hoisting wire ropes are used to complete the hoisting operation of the tank top.This paper briefly introduces the general situation of the project,focuses on the hoisting technology of the dome module of the storage tank with the fixed length wire ropes,and expounds in detail the calculation of the safety factor of the wire ropes,the calculation of the wire rope force and the hoisting ears,etc.Finally,it is pointed out that the hoisting method not only simplifies the traditional 6-point hoisting method,but also simplifies the process of adjusting the module installation angle using sling lifting chains by workers.The successful implementation of the project can be used as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
