摘要
为了对水力机械内部的回流涡空化流动进行深入研究,应用CFD软件对一台螺旋离心泵进行了数值模拟计算,发现在一定工况下,螺旋离心泵叶轮进口处发生了回流涡空化,回流涡空化所形成的回流涡空化云会随叶轮的转动而转动,且回流涡空化云在转动时,回流涡空化云的体积会发生变化。
In order to study the backflow vortex cavitation in hydraulic machinery in depth,a numerical simulation and analysis of backflow vortex cavitation in a screw centrifugal pump was carried out using the computer fluid dynamics software CFD.It was found that under certain operating conditions,backflow vortex cavitation occurred at impeller inlet of the screw centrifugal pump,the backflow vortex cavitation cloud rotated with the impeller rotation,and the volume of the backflow vortex cavitation cloud changed with the rotation of the backflow vortex cavitation cloud.
