摘要
Δ型电抗源逆变器把耦合电感网络引入Z源逆变器,不仅保留了传统Z源逆变器的优势,在实现更高电压增益、减少开关管电压应力等方面也具有更加优良的性能,更适合应用于大功率及新能源并网系统中。论文详细介绍其工作原理,利用小信号建模法对电路进行了建模,借助软件仿真研究了电路无源器件对系统性能的影响,进而给出了相关器件参数选择的依据。实验结果表明,理论分析结果是准确的和可信的。
TheΔ-source inverter introduces the coupled inductor network into the Z-source inverter,which not only retains the advantages of traditional Z-source inverter,but also has better performance parameters such as higher voltage gain,reduced voltage stress of the power switches,and is more suitable for high power and new energy grid-connected system.This paper introduces the operating principle of the novel inverter topology in detail.The small signal model of the circuit is obtained,and the influence of the passive components of the circuit on the system performance is investigated,and the device parameter selection criteria is given.The experimental results show the validity and creditability of the theoretical analysis accomplished.
