摘要
新形势下随着城市品质的不断提升、服务功能的逐渐完善,对与之相关的设计依赖性增强。在此背景下,为了确保城市设计的管控效果,有效开展相应的管控工作,则需要在详细规划阶段,对相应的管控要素体系加以研究,使城市设计管控效果更加显著,减少该方面管控问题的发生,满足现代城市的可持续发展要求。基于此,论文将对控制性详细规划阶段的城市设计管控要素体系进行系统阐述。
Under the new situation, with the continuous improvement of the quality of the city and the gradual improvement of the service function, the dependence on the design related to it has increased. In this context, in order to ensure the effectiveness of urban design management and control, and effectively carry out the corresponding management and control work, it is necessary to study the corresponding management and control elements system at the detailed planning stage, so as to make the urban design management and control effect more remarkable, reduce the occurrence of management and control problems in this area, and meet the requirements of sustainable development of modern cities. Based on this, this paper will systematically elaborate the urban design management and control elements system in the stage of the regulatory detailed planning.
