摘要
新安医学是我国传统文化底蕴深厚、徽学特色明显、学术成就突出、历史影响深远的地域性、综合性中医学术流派,新安王氏医学为其中重要组成部分。文章通过认真梳理新安王氏医学医案,探讨并总结其治疗慢性前列腺炎的学术经验。王氏医家认为本病病位在下焦,脾肾两虚为本,痰、湿、热、瘀为标,虚实夹杂;治疗上通利为法,补摄兼顾;疏达厥阴,祛瘀通弊;通畅三焦,调气行水;创制验方,强调药性专长,疗效颇佳。
Xin’an medicine has characteristics of profound of traditional culture, dense hui style colour, prominent academic achievement and far-reaching historical influence. WANGs’ internal medicine school is one of important part of it. This paper studied WANGs’ internal medicine’s records seriously, discusses and summarizes the treatment of chronic prostatitis. WANGs’ doctors believe that the disease locates in the lower energizer is characterized by the deficiency of the spleen and kidney, sputum, damp, hot and blood stasis is an important pathological factor. It is manifested both intermingled deficiency and excess. In the treatment, they use the law of propaganda in common, emphasizing the duration of the period;in the clinic, they have many inventions on drug use, press the specialty of property of a medicine, take preferable medical effect.
