摘要
受医学理论、语言体系、通讯手段、书写喜恶等内外因素的影响,以《黄帝内经素问》为代表的中医典籍语言文字具有一定的时代性和特殊性,通假字、形近字、异体字及讹误字等客观存在给以"忠实原文"为原则的翻译实践活动带来了挑战。准确理解语义,译者须具备一定的训诂意识和知识,通过因形求义、因声求义、因文定义、因理求解等4种训诂基本路径,实现译文在语义和医理两方面全方位忠实地对应原文,从而保证翻译活动的严谨性和客观性。
Influenced by such factors as the medical theory, language system, communication devices and writing preference, the ancient languages in the classic medical literature such as Huangdi Neijing Suwen bring challenges to the translators with featured language landscape: interchangeable words, characters similar in form, characters variant in form and misused characters. The fundamental knowledge of exegetics enables the translators to correctly understand the precise meaning of characters and phrases which can be inferred from the character pattern, pronunciation, context and medical theory. Thus the translated script can be faithful to the source script to enhance the rigor and objectivity of translation activities.
