摘要
目的分析舒适护理在肺心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的肺心病患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用舒适护理,比较两组患者的用药依从性和护理满意度。结果观察组的用药依从性为95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.50%,显著高于对照组的82.5%(P<0.05)。结论在肺心病患者的护理中,采用舒适护理可显著提高其用药依从性和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods 80 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.The drug compliance and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The drug compliance of the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 82.5%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the nursing of patients with pulmonary heart disease,comfortable nursing can significantly improve the drug compliance and nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
